| Year-end review with my immediate supervisor -done.
Fairly satisfied with my rating and Im pretty much challenged and excited for the coming months.
I was given the orders to continue what Im doing now -and to not lose the momentum as this year would be crucial since there would be lots of openings for advancement -and they need me to step up.
One problem is -i don't like stress. I abhor stress. I repel it. I cringe to the very thought of it.
But there's no better timing than now. Im not getting any younger. I need this. I think?
